Suresh

Mr. Suresh Katta founded Saama Technologies in 1997 with a vision of bringing actionable intelligence to masses. Suresh has crafted a solutions architecture utilizing best of the breed software companies offering, identifying and finding micro needles in today’s enterprise digital haystack.
Suresh has taken a very innovative approach in promoting emerging technologies with proven products– to improve the efficiencies by a large multiplication factor. Suresh Katta has founded and co-founded several companies focused on producing innovative software solutions, Suresh was co-founder of GVI, which developed groupware applications and was eventually sold to Netscape in 1995. He was also founder of Multisoft, which developed and marketed high-end graphics products for the Indian market. Before founding Saama, Suresh spent several years at SGI.Suresh is internationally recognized for his pioneering work. He has been a discussion panel member and featured speaker in several IT conferences.Suresh earned his MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Southwest Louisiana and his BS in Electronics Engineering from University of Bangalore in India.

Mr. Rajeev Dadia brings to Saama fourteen years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence. He has been responsible for large scale deployment of Data Warehousing, analytics, and applied data mining / predictive analytics systems. Rajeev has also been in involved in analysis, design and deployment of business to business and business to consumer solutions. As Saama's Business Intelligence Leader, Rajeev is focusing on developing strategies, methodologies, and partnerships to further enable the customer's success.
During his time at Saama, Rajeev has led the development of an Indian operation based in Pune to provide offshore development capabilities. Prior to joining Saama, Rajeev worked at SGI in Corporate Information Systems. Rajeev holds an MS in Computer Science from California State University, Chico. |

Mr. Samir Dadia has over 18 years of management
experience. His experience spans from handling exports for a multi-national organization to
managing software start-up firms in India. He has worked for short time in U.S. and Japan to
get work experience and better understand the processes worldwide.
Samir is in-charge of Indian operations at Saama
Technologies handling all different aspects of the business, with focus on program
management processes. With his extensive knowledge of processes, Samir has been key in
defining the processes for Saama's ISO and CMM certification. He has contributed to the
development of Saama's knowledgeTrak™ methodology and has been instrumental in it's adoption
within Saama-India team.
Prior to joining Saama, Samir was director and Chief
Operating Officer at a software services start-up Fundamental Info Tech.
Samir has Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical engineering
and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Murali Pabbisetty brings ten years of experience in the areas of Software Development and Consulting. He has extensive experience in Account Management and Delivery Management (DM) for end-to-end BI Implementations for Fortune 100 Clients. His focus is specifically related to strategy planning, analysis, architecture and design, and implementation of complex and scalable high-performance business intelligence systems. He has adopted Ralph Kimball and Big Bang approaches for DW/DM to architect data integration strategies in order to integrate Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management data from multiple sources and architect custom star schemas for various Telecom, Call Center, Retail, and High Tech customers. Murali also has extensive experience in developing presentation frameworks including dashboards and scorecards using various BI Technologies.
Prior to joining Saama, Murali worked in the software wing of Tata's and General Electric. Murali has a BS in Information Science from Bangalore University.

As a champion of business intelligence
applications market Mr. William B. Binch has successfully led
the Sales Organizations of various blue-chips in the IT industry.
During a distinguished sales management career, Mr. Binch spent nine
years in sales and sales management at IBM, four years as VP/General
Manager at Itel, and three years as VP of Sales at Fortune.
Most recently, Mr. Binch was Senior Vice President of Worldwide
Operations for Hyperion Inc. where he was responsible for over $430
million in global revenues. Prior to Hyperion, Mr. Binch was a
senior executive for two companies in the business intelligence and
data-warehousing sector. Both companies, Business Objects and Prism,
went through successful IPO's during Mr. Binch's tenure. He has also
been with Oracle Corporation for over five years receiving the most
valuable employee award in 1992, while he was Vice President of
Strategic Accounts. |

Mr. Michael A. Graves is currently the CIO
and Vice President of Zhone Technologies, Inc., which is new breed
of equipment provider with a new vision of product development,
delivery, and support for telecommunications carriers worldwide.
In his impressive career span of over three decades Mr. Graves has
led the teams in blue chip companies of telecommunications, computer
and semiconductor industries. As true IT infrastructure Architect he
has been instrumental in helping the well known organizations build
the infrastructure to meet the required changes in business. In his
association as CIO with Applied Materials, a leader in semiconductor
manufacturing equipment; his organization replaced an aging
infrastructure to support the corporation's one-year growth from $4
billion to over $10 billion in annual revenues. He has been a lead
figure in establishing new architectures and infrastructures at
industry pioneers like Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics.
Industry has benefited from his rich experience as he has been
keynote speaker at various forums like Fortune CEO Forum, Oracle
user Groups etc. and has been on panel of various experts on various
TV shows. |

Mr. Yorgen Edholm is a seasoned Silicon
Valley veteran, well respected as a visionary in the Business
Intelligence market space, with over 24 years of enterprise software
expertise. He is currently the President and CEO of Accellion, Inc.
a developer of enterprise solutions for email attachment management.
Prior to joining Accellion, he was President and CEO of analytical
applications company Decision Point Applications. Before
Decision Point, Edholm co-founded Brio Software, and during 12 years
as CEO took the company public, growing the firm to over $150
million in revenue with more than 700 employees and a customer base
exceeding 5,000 organizations.
Trained as a concert violinist, Mr. Edholm has also earned an MBA
from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Masters in Engineering
Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. |

Mr Mark Roberts manages engineering including research and
development, professional services and partner engineering. Prior to running engineering,
Mark was Vice President of Operations and CIO, overseeing the development and maintenance of
TiVo's technology infrastructure as well as service operations and customer service.
Before coming to TiVo, Mark served as Vice President of Information Technology at Acuson
Corporation, a leading manufacturer of medical diagnostic ultrasound products, where he was
responsible for the company's worldwide information technology systems. Prior to that, he
was Director of Information Systems at SGI. He also spent seven years with the San Francisco
office of Andersen Consulting serving high technology clients including Apple, Sun
Microsystems and Tandem.

Mr. Sanjay Poonen Currently, GM of SAP analytics Business Unit, former senior VP at Symantec/Veritas, has strong large-company and entrepreneurial experience in sales, marketing, and R&D of enterprise software companies.
Sanjay served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Informatica, and an officer of the company from 2001-2004, driving Informatica's revenues from approximately $130M to $210M. In his capacity running marketing, Sanjay was responsible for growing market leadership in data integration, putting Informatica squarely on the map with its BI product line, bringing new metadata management products to market, and architecting the Informatica's acquisition of Striva Corporation. Prior to running marketing, Sanjay served as Informatica's Vice President and General Manager of the Applications Business Unit, driving the business from its early stages to critical mass.
Prior to Informatica, Sanjay was at Alphablox Corporation, where he was one of the early founders and held senior management roles in product strategy, marketing and business development. Sanjay has also held strategy, marketing and engineering positions at Apple Computer, Taligent, Inc and Regis McKenna Group. Sanjay started his career as a software engineer at Microsoft, working on early forms of Microsoft Exchange.
Sanjay has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named Baker Scholar, and a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College. |

Mr. Bharath Kadaba-VP Media Engineering,
Yahoo. Bharath joined Yahoo in June '04. He is responsible for overseeing Engineering for one of Yahoo's key pillars - Media. Bharath's main focus at Yahoo is to manage rapid growth of both people and infrastructure via process and discipline while fostering rapid introduction of new and innovative consumer products.
Before joining Yahoo, Bharath was Vice President and General Manager at Siebel Systems between October '01 and May '04. In this role, he has spearheaded a team of people across various groups within Siebel and its many partners to create and bring to market the Universal Application Network Product.
Prior to joining Siebel, Bharath was the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Managed Application Services at AritaSoft. Bharath spent two years at this enterprise Application Service Provider startup and was responsible for building and managing the engineering, operations and customer support functions. From March '99 to September '99, he was the President, Chief operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Services at Tristrata, Inc., an Internet security company.
From February '96 to March '99 Bharath worked at News Corporation, in various roles where his last position was President of the News Internet Services business unit and was responsible for creating a 10M$ unit. From October '94 to February '96, Bharath was Executive Vice President at Delphi Internet Service, an Internet based online service, where he was involved in building the company's pioneering Internet Technology based infrastructure.
Prior to this, Bharath spent 14 years at International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"), primarily at the T.J. Watson Research Center. Bharath has a Ph. D. in Computer Networks from the University of Hawaii.
