| Responsibilities: |
- Define HR strategy for the organization and build out the capabilities required to deliver on that strategy.
- Attract, motivate, and retain talented HR professionals for a world class HR organization.
- Deliver proactive human resources expertise in partnership with the management team to drive organizational growth and effectiveness and promote a positive work experience for employees
- Provide hands-on management of the HR function, including:
- Staffing
- Work with management to develop the staffing strategy for headcount needs
- Identify and implement new and creative sourcing strategies to identify key talent
- Ensure effective communications and recruitment processes to meet the hiring demands with quality hires and provide a positive experience for our candidates
- Maintain and communicate staffing metrics to assess the achievement of hiring objectives
- Manage a program to hire and train the best NCGs from top universities across India
- Learning and Development
- Define the strategy and approach for individual and organizational learning, manage resources to effectively achieve the learning objectives
- Deliver training programs that advance the capabilities of individuals and the organization
- Oversee onboarding of new hires in a way which maximizes their commitment to the company and reduces their time to productivity
- Compensation and Benefits
- Design, implement, communicate and manage Benefits programs locally to ensure our benefits are competitive, cost effective, in compliance with local law, and valued by employees
- Partner with the Corporate Compensation team to design, implement, and manage compensation programs locally, including base pay, variable, sales, stock and other performance award programs
- HR Programs and Operations
- Partner with management to develop performance management programs that enhance employee and manager productivity
- Create employee engagement strategies to understand and influence employee sentiment and commitment
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for India HR operating expenses
- Implement and maintain HRMS system to support HR operations and people analytics
- Ensure HR processes and policies are compliant with local laws
- Facilitate the effective resolution of employee relations issues

| Requirements: |
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR including leadership roles at fast-paced growing organizations, preferably in an IT environment
- Depth of expertise in the functional areas of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement and retention, and learning and development
- Strong leadership capabilities, able to build teams, set strategy, align objectives, and motivate performance
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure in a multinational company desired
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and exceptional consulting skills
- Must have the proven ability to influence at all levels and a consistent track record of quickly producing quality results independently and through others
- Ability to partner and build effective business relationships with multiple levels of management
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Java based ORM framework such as Hibernate/Toplink/EclipseLink/JPA 2.0
- At least 2 years of experience in creation and consuming Web Services using industry standard protocols such as REST
- Experience in development with XML parsing, XML/XSLT highly desired
- Excellent working knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery etc.
- Well versed with latest UI Technologies such as HTML5, SVG, CSS etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing and deploying production applications using relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle 10g/11g. Possesses extensive technical knowledge in database tools and technologies for design and implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience in computer science, software engineering or similar field
