How Saama Helped
Saama set up a series of ideation workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify key business challenges which could benefit from AI/ML technology. The top three ideas were then selected — which included copay fraud, predicting serious infections in rheumatoid arthritis patients, and sales analytics — for an 8-12 week ideation lab to develop AI/ML models for these challenges. How Saama Helped
Saama built a study planning dashboard that allowed teams to narrow down potential sites and investigators — from over 60,000 to under 6,000 — for upcoming infectious disease studies. Saama also built a risk-based monitoring dashboard that allowed central monitors to oversee and drill into risks across over 100 studies. These dashboards were tightly linked to the existing operational dashboards, allowing for greater collaboration between monitors and clinical operations teams.
